Blacksoul Stone and CasuallyViewingThings are really good at adding things to the wiki, but yeah there's not much chat. I think Discord and Reddit have more active chats.

I don't really have a fav, but I agree Amanda is a great character.

I don't know about adding one for off-topic posts, I'll leave that up to @Black Soulstone and/or @CasuallyViewingThings but I added a category called "creative" for stuff like fan art and fanfics and etc, along with a category for discussions about the wiki and it's pages.
