On a serious note, you have a point and I thought so too. Maybe HP and LWA are in the same universe but Luna Nova is one of the other wizarding schools in the HP universe, like Beauxbatons or Durmstrang. The reason Luna Nova has a reputation as ‘the best witch school’ could be because it has a lot of pride like Hogwarts. We know some wizarding schools have a lot of pride, as shown in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them when Newt and (I think her name was Lisa or smth) were having the conversation on the best wizarding school. LWA being set in the past again makes sense since you can see the Sorcerer’s Stone isn’t destroyed.
