Balloon Dragon is a wyvern that featured in Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time.
Description[]
Though referred as Balloon Dragon, this creature is actually hailed from wyverns, vicious cousins of dragon race due to possessing four limbs (two clawed wings and a pair of legs) instead of six like typical dragons. It has pink overweight body with lighter underbelly, a long tail, and a pair of curved yellow horns jutting from its cheeks. True to its namesake, it has multiple balloons attached on its head to aid in flying due to its weight.
Powers and Abilities[]
Balloon Dragon is a powerful adversary in combat. In addition of streams of dragon fire, it can project a hose of either icy blast or lightning bolts from its mouth as additional means of ranged offensive attacks. Befitting to its size, Balloon Dragon also possesses considerable durability and brute force, able to send its foes flying with a swipe of its tail or crushing them with its sheer weight. However, its own weight also serves as its weakness, as it greatly hamper its mobility that the creature is forced to use magical balloons in order to help it flying, but even that is not enough to increase its agility.

- Balloon Dragon's species is erroneously classified as dragons in Strange Notebook, though this not necessarily inaccurate as wyverns and dragons are related.
- In addition of Chamber of Time game as recurring mini-boss, Balloon Dragon appears as one of bosses in Little Witch Academia: Magic Knight Grand Charion game.
