Foln is a Dryad and one of Woodward's acquaintances who debuted in Keisuke Satō's manga adaptation of the series.
Appearance[]
Foln is the tallest of the four dryads posing as witches in her group, with light-colored long hair reaching past her shoulder blades and trimmed bangs covering her eyes. In addition of a pair of light-colored earrings, she wears the same set of uniform as Miraj: a traditional witches hat with fabric wrapped at its base, a buckled cloak over a buttoned tunic with baggy sleeves and turtleneck underneath, a belt, as well as a pair of thigh-high boots where the right pair adorned with a belt at the top.

Foln is shown to be a sleepyhead, at times dozing off in less than appropriate moment.

Chapter 15[]
Foln is one of four dryads who pose as a witch and representative from a rival school which challenges Luna Nova in an interschool brook competition. They are joined by Woodward who assumes the disguise of serene-looking headmistress of the same school as the latter introduces themselves to everyone at the Luna Nova's courtyard.
Chapter 16[]
During the interschool broom race, Foln unexpectedly dozes off, oblivious to Nelson who gives her and Jasminka a signal to commence the race. It takes some efforts for Nelson to wake her up, allowing her to quickly join the race. Even with her unique flying style, Foln can barely outmaneuver Jasminka, much to Aul's anger that she gives her friend a death threat for it while beginning her turn.
Chapter 17[]
Foln, alongside her fellow dryads, unveil their true form as they teleported to parts unknown upon being dismissed by Woodward, having completed their task in testing Akko's resolve for trials ahead.

While not much is known about their relationship, it seems Woodward trusts her enough to help her testing Akko's resolve for her quest for remaining Seven Words of Arcturus hence why the ancient witch recruited her to begin with.
Abilities and Equipment[]
Much of Foln's magical abilities, be it as a witch or dryad, are not fully explored, though she nonetheless displayed a remarkable Flight Magic technique where she periodically thrusts herself forward, taking advantage of initial buoyancy and falling motion from each burst. It seems that such unorthodox flight style being something she developed on her own, judging from Finnelan and Holbrooke's surprise upon her demonstration.
