After guiding them to the Stonehenge so they could watch the the once-in-a-century star alignment which featured in one of Night Fall series, the old lady returned to her proper time and place. Considering earliest volumes of Night Fall series were released around 120 years prior to the present and that Horologium Clock already moved to Luna Nova by that point, the old lady may have stored enough Time Magic reserves from said Clock in her person for both her further study on such magic and eventually, the travel to the future to see the once-in-a-century star alignment and return, sometime after enjoying the Night Fall volume which featured such astronomical event.
It can be inferred that the unnamed old lady is one of most powerful witches of her time, at least around the same caliber as Jennifer and Sifla the 1st. A testament of her great magical abilities is being able to fully harness the magic within Horologium Clock to travel forward in time and even magically recreates her residence for her stay in the future where enchantments involved apparently must be re-applied to sustain it (the house disappeared some time after returning to her original time).
