The "Lottery Fairies" (くじの妖精 Kuji no yōsei)[1][2] are small magical creature who live underground, employed at Luna Nova to distribute tasks and responsibilities by lot.
Description[]
This Faeries are creatures with small bodies of different colors and forms. All have an elongated green bulb that sticks out of their heads and extends over the earth, which can make them confused with the grass.
They seem to have a very varied series of personalities, with their appearance and color adapting to this.
