Magical Ores refers to mineral ores with magical properties. They are only specifically mentioned in Chamber of Time.

Appearance and Traits

Magical ores are ores utilized by people of the magic community including witches as core materials for either enchantments or crafting magical items characterized by their gleaming appearance. Outwardly, they appeared to share the same properties with regular ores, but they undeniably possess mystical nature that can be exploited by witches and wizards providing they have sufficient skill to do so. One of the well-known magical ores is Silverfang Stone, famously used to banish the dreaded Devilclaw.

The ores can also be crafted into more mundane tools such as orichalcum whisk attached in mixer used by one of the faery laborers of Luna Nova as revealed in Sky War Stanship.

Mysterium takes the appearance of gleaming ore with a blue, green, and purple coloration. Thanks to its malleable properties, it can be easily used to enchant and craft things, but possess moderate tensile strength compared to Orichalconium or Adamantinium, for it tends to break after prolonged use. The reason why it named mysterium likely due to possessing enigmatic traits that yet to be discovered.

A type of magical ore. It is neither too hard nor too soft, making it easy to work with.

Orichalconium takes the appearance of gleaming, mud gray rock. While malleable and easy to work it as much as mysterium, this alloy has A greater tensile strength that any magical items crafted from it possess greater quality and durability that one from mysterium, but still pale compared to ones that made of adamantinium.

As shown in Sky War Stanship, Orichalconium also used for mundane purposes such as the head of a whisk for cooking magically improved dishes.[1]
