Skeletons are a type of undead creatures featured as enemies in Little Witch Academia: Chamber of Time.
Description[]
Skeletons are undead beings which, true to their namesake, skeletal remains of once-living creatures reanimated by mystical forces. Though their flesh has since reduced to dust as the result of decomposition, skeletons are as fast and agile as they were in life. Depending on how they were revived, skeletons can be either mindless puppet of the very force that reanimated them or retaining their sense of self, intelligence, and memories in life to some degree like revenants.
There are three types of skeletons:
Common Skeletons[]

Common skeletons encountered by Akko and co. are implied to once either a soldier or a pirate, judging from their weapons (a scimitar and a round wooden shield) and attire (a worn-out medieval round helmet and tattered leather pants).
Skeleton Warriors[]

—Description of Skeleton Warriors from Strange Notebook
Judging from both Strange Notebook's description and tattered uniform (including tricorn hat) these skeletons wear, Skeleton Warriors were once captains of a long fallen kingdom in life. They still believed that they are fighting for their home kingdom, and may or may not aware that the very kingdom they protected and their comrades-in-arms already gone long time ago. They are armed with a round metal shield and a worn-out sword with wavy blade akin to kris.
Bone Knights[]

—Description of Bone Knights from Strange Notebook
Bone Knights are skeletons that once formidable knights trained in the art of dual wielding in life, though at one point prior or during their mortal death, one of their signature swords was either broken or missing. As a result, upon their reanimation, these reanimated skeletons were forced to carry a shield for extra protection until they found a replacement for their missing/destroyed second sword. While there are several bone knights encountered by Akko and co. and they all share same abilities retained in life, Strange Notebook specifically mentioned a particular bone knight who ironically killed by the very missing sword he seek.
Powers and Abilities[]
As they were once skillful soldiers in life, skeletons are formidable adversary in close-quarter combat. While combat skills they retain in life already made skeletons challenging adversaries, they are said to able to put themselves back together each time they suffer grave injuries. The best way to deal them is to reduce them into pieces (by either magical blast or blunt trauma) where one must ensure each pieces are too brittle to put back together without being falling apart.
Trivia[]
- Skeletons are loosely based on common type of undead being of the same name traditionally found in fantasy, gothic, horror fiction, and mythical arts.
